KTEO INIOXOS also chose Marera, SiEBEN’s integrated digital marketing platform, to fully automate personalized communications (via email & sms) to their customers and to inform them about the expiration dates of KTEO and KEK. At the same time, Marera fully meets all Company’s digital marketing needs.
During the implementation, SiEBEN undertook the integration of the new CRM with the ERP (ProstgreSQL) achieving daily synchronization of pricing with the company's legacy systems. The aim was to acquire a complete picture of the clientele, while the customer profile is instantly informed both by the communications and by their interactions with them, achieving a 360 picture.
Moreover, the need to automate internal processes on a unified platform was important, which ensures increased productivity, simplifying the day-to-day operations of the executives, generating useful reports and, above all, providing better customer service.
